SUKA kurus? Cuba diet plan bulan Ramadan

Hari kedua berpuasa, during sahur I tried making up my own diet recipe in hope to keep full yet slimming up all at the same time. So, what I did, I mixed a scoop of ESP, 1 scoop of Meal shake, couple spoon of milo, and some oats -mixed them warm... and ate 2 piece of thamar, Alhamdulillah.. I felt full the entire day. This is more than enough to get me through the hot summer day.
I break my fast with mixture of water with 2 heaps full of performance drinks, a nice thirst quencher and rehydrating. After eating, I took couple of Omega guard and couple of alfalfa- all in hope for a flat tummy effect with lots of water (3 full glasses to be exact). Yes, I will update the outcome as I go along this Ramadhan.

The other suggested diet plan untuk kurus bagi yang berpuasa;
Lepas buka puasa (makan janganla melampau, kurangkan karbohidrats, banyakkan lauk), makan 3 biji Lecithin/Omega + 3 biji Alfalfa. Minum air sekurang-kurangnya sebanyak 2 liter dari waktu berbuka sampai sebelum tido.

Lepas moreh makan 3biji Lecithin/Omega + 3 biji Alfalfa- Minum 500ml air.

Lepas sahur ambil 2 scoop Cinch, Minum 500 ml air,

Herblax- minggu pertama je ambik 3-4 biji hari-hari. Minggu seterusnya ambik 3-4 biji hanya 2 kali seminggu (sebab fungsi herb-lax untuk detox colon, tak elok ambilk hari-hari). Makan sebelum tido.

Buat light exercise sebelum tido selama 30 minit.
